Limited Warranty
S-line Sound / TWO Create LLC warrants to the original retail purchaser that manufactured S-line Sound brand products are free from defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product if the product is purchased through an authorised S-line distributor, or purchased directly from S-line Sound/TWO Create LLC. The Original Retail Owner must contact S-line Sound via email at info@slinesound.com to begin the process of a warranty claim. S-line Sound/TWO CreateLLC is the final authority on determining eligibility of any and all warranty claims. S-line Sound/ TWO Create LLC reserves the right to improve, modify and change parts and design of our systems as we continually engineer and improve our systems. Damaged or modified S-line Sound components are excluded from this warranty. Any products damaged by vehicular accident, racetrack accident, or damage caused by force fitting components are void from any warranty. Any coatings supplied by S-line Sound are not warranted. S-line Sound/TWO Create LLC is not liable for any damage or injury directly or indirectly caused by or associated with any part, component, or product produced by S-line Sound/TWO Create LLC. Shipping charges are not covered by this warranty. No other express or implied warranties of any kind or nature are provided and are expressly disclaimed.
Returns:
All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Shipping is not covered for any return. Returns after 30 days are not eligible for a refund. Return requests after 30 days are strictly under the discretion of S-Line Sound/ TWO Create LLC. S-line Sound/TWO CreateLLC is the final authority on determining eligibility of any and all returns. Purchaser takes sole responsibility in determining if a product fits, or is intended for the specific car.
