Warranty & Return Policies

Limited Warranty:

S-Line Exhaust, a product of TWO Create LLC, guarantees to the original retail purchaser that all S-Line Sound brand products are free from defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product if it is acquired through an authorized S-Line distributor or directly from S-Line Exhaust/TWO Create LLC. To initiate a warranty claim, the Original Retail Owner must contact S-Line Exhaust via email at info@slinesound.com. S-Line Exhaust/TWO Create LLC retains the final authority in determining the eligibility of any warranty claims. We reserve the right to enhance, modify, and evolve parts and designs of our systems as we continuously engineer and enhance our products. This warranty does not cover damaged or modified S-Line Sound components, products damaged by vehicular or racetrack accidents, or damage caused by force-fitting components. Coatings provided by S-Line Sound are also exempt from warranty coverage. S-Line Exhaust/TWO Create LLC is not liable for any damage or injury directly or indirectly associated with any part, component, or product produced by S-Line Exhaust/TWO Create LLC. Shipping charges are not covered under this warranty. No other express or implied warranties of any kind are provided, and they are expressly disclaimed.

 

Improper use or installation, racing, accidents, abuse, unauthorized repairs, or alterations will void this warranty. S-Line Sound disclaims any liability for consequential damages due to a breach of any written or implied warranty on all products manufactured by S-Line Exhaust. Warranty returns will only be accepted by S-Line Exhaust when accompanied by a valid S-Line Exhaust-issued Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Credit for defective products will be issued pending inspection. Products must be received by S-Line Exhaust within thirty (30) days of the RMA issuance date. Proof of purchase is mandatory for all S-Line Exhaust warranty claims.

Returns:

All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Shipping costs are not covered for any returns. Returns requested after 30 days from the date of purchase are not eligible for a refund unless under the discretion of S-Line Exhaust/TWO Create LLC. S-Line Exhaust/TWO Create LLC retains the final authority in determining the eligibility of all returns. The purchaser bears sole responsibility for determining whether a product fits or is intended for their specific vehicle.
