Why buying American made products from local manufacturers supports local, and nation wide economics.

I write this blog with an important note that it is no way politically driven or charged in any way. This is about a small business owner who strives to built products made right here in U.S.A. Although we seem so divided now days about so many topics, I believe most people would agree that purchasing products made locally is a good thing.
The trouble is, anymore it is really hard to find things manufactured in America.
While I have a pretty good idea, I'm not entirely sure why we shifted from a manufacturing based society to a consumer based society. In order to avoid something that can be interpreted as politically driven, I'd like to keep it simple.
For one thing- the internet, (particularly Google) is dominated by products made in China. They do not make it easy to find things made in USA. Try creating a filter on your browser- and you will find the same made in China results.
Another challenge is many manufacturers do not indicate where their products are made, and some.... Actually claim they are made in USA but are indeed not.
Whatever- This is not about other manufacturers. This blog is about S-Line Sound!
S-Line Sound is a small fabrication business located in the foothills of Colorado, where everything that goes out the door is made in-house. The one and only thing we outsource is our proprietary water-jet cut parts , which come from our trusted vendor in Denver Colorado.
All that said- (and i see the contradiction) Ferrari is obviously not made in America.... The truth is the Ferrari is a REALLY good car! Not only do they look amazing, the performance is hard to beat!---- Now- as we all want to optimize and personalize our car, where do we buy the products?
Why is Made in America so important to me? For one thing, I am proud to be an American, and proud of the opportunities that are readily available to me. Such as learning a trade and using it to make a living. Another thing is quality. Having something that is well made, will last a long time, from a company that stands behind its products is everything! Last but not least- the obvious.... If you buy something local, made by humans (who live and work in America) you are supporting your local economy. The better the economy is, the better our quality of life. The better our future will be. Thank you!
